Description

The model was created using graphical references (not three-dimensional, i.e., not downloaded and not issued for one's own). The model is created partly for smoothing, however for the distant plan turbosmooth can not be needed. Elements for anti-aliasing have a prefix turbo. For these objects, all faces in crease mode have 1, except for the transverse faces inside the arched windows. The FBX file can not transfer the settings for these faces. In order to avoid texture stretch marks (they are not noticeable) in later versions of 3ds Max, it is better to use the OpenSubdiv anti-aliasing modifier. In the modifier settings in OpenSubdiv Control - UV Boundary, select Smooth (Edge & Corner).
