Glass was the most common material in the lighting industry at the time, but Sarfatti had the opportunity to experiment with a new kind of material. methacrylate, which is much stronger and lighter than glass. The Model 2065 pendant lamp consists of two saucer-connected luminaires that merge into a circular flat diffuser.
