ATTENTION: Who works in V-Ray version lower than 3.1, be careful, in the materials in the BRDF section there is Microfaset GTR (GGX), if your version is lower than 3.1, then the BRDF field will be empty. Choose Blinn, Phong or Ward - which is preferable for you. For Corona render, it is recommended to install at least version 1.5, as the glossiness of the materials is adjusted with PBR in mind.
One of the pillows and a deer skin has been used the Hair and fur modifier. Before rendering, activate the modifiers (they are turned off for more convenient movement of the model). To display the fur correctly:

Rendering> Effects> Hair and Fur> Hair> geometry

Activate the Turbosmooth modifier as needed (deer skin, pillow # 1, knitted blanket # 1, pillow # 6, knitted blanket # 2, sofa)
