About this model
This classic 3D model, titled 'the 3 types of fur', features detailed fur and wood materials, rendered for Vray. Available as an obj file, its warm brown and orange colors evoke a luxurious sheepskin coat, ideal for populating high-end architectural visualizations or fashion renders.
Description
Fur coats on a hanger and dummy of 3 kinds of fur (fox and lynx). 320772 polygon. Dummy standard from Marvelous Designer.
The model is made in 3ds Max 2014, V-Ray 3.40.01. In the archive there are 2 versions of 2011 and 2014.
Who works in the V-Ray version is lower than 3.1. Be careful, the materials in the BRDF section are Microfaset GTR (GGX), if your version is older than 3.1, then the BRDF field will be empty. Choose Blinn, Phong or Ward - which is preferable for you.
Wool is made with the help of Hair and Fur. To display it when rendering, go to Rendering - Enviroment - Effects - Hair and Fur and change the "buffer" to "mr prim".
On the rendered renders, the number of hairs on the sheepskin is 200,000. System units are millimeters.
File obj without wool! In the archive there is a file "Settings for obj.jpg" with instructions and fur settings. Since the fur is still being finalized by me manually, the result obtained with this instruction may slightly differ from the presented previews.
