It consists of 3 zones:
The first zone (1000 mm in width): - a spit with an adjustable height above the hearth
- multifunctional surface for cooking with adjustable height
rise above the hearth:
1) cast iron frying surface,
2) a lattice with v-shaped channels,
3) a lattice with round rods
The second zone (800 mm wide): frying cupboard on coals with smokehouse function -
