Wool created modifier Hair and Fur. Before the renderer does not necessarily sure to open the Rendering tab - Environment - Effects - Hair and Fur - Hairs - dropping out tab mr prim. The FBX file no wool, but there are splines styling hair. The same for each dog fur have detailed instructions and setup settings screenshots.
